Remember the big controversy that happened when the Beaver Sculptures were first displayed around downtown Bemidji for the 2010 Sculpture Walk? Well the time has come for the art to be auctioned off and I am going to miss Gaea and the 10 other beavers!
The auction is this Saturday, May 21st, at the Hampton Inn in Bemidji starting at 5pm, with auctioneers Kevin Cease and Eric Nelson (the first I know from being mobbed by a horde of zombies, the second from his roll as the devil in a nursing home in Out of a Hat…should be entertaining!).
